Extremely friendly as stated in Lonely Planet. Really nice staff, who will do everything to make your stay in Cairo pleasing and without hassle. They are often giving very good travel advice, and do suggest tours, but since me and my wife prefer to do things ourselves they are really accepting of this. Really safe and secure. Every single single one of the staff were to hospitable and welcoming. They present Egypt as Egypt should be presented. A warm people, really hospitable who will go far to make you appreciate this lovely country and come back again.

The owner (Mohamed) is amazing. He is very useful and so are all of his staff. They are all very friendly and ready to help at all times. Mohamed organized a nice 5 day nile cruise and desert tour for us during our stay. The owner and employees at Brothers have become a second household to us.

I traveled in Egypt with my 20 year old niece and my 11 year old son for 2 weeks. All I can say is that Brothers Hostel took super very good care of us. They helped us organizing our trip all around Egypt and everything went super well. Everywhere we went, we felt very secure and there was often someone taking very very good care of us. The individuals here (Mohamed, Emam and all the others) are simply wonderful. I suggest this hostel massive time with peace of mind. Thank you very much Brothers : you made our trip to Egypt much more than awesome! BTW. Egypt is safe. The individuals are simply claiming their rights in peace.

Wonderful hostel in Cairo, Great Great Great deal for the money. Really clean with a warm and friendly and helpful staff that speaks fantastic english. Are willing to arrange anything for you. Would def suggest for any type of traveler. When I come back to Cairo I will def stay there again!

Genuinely great guys who want to help. As a solo female traveler they really looked following me. They will organise anything you need or leave you alone as the mood takes you. One of the greatest hostels I have used in many, numerous travels.

If u are looking for a inexpensive Hostel this is the place!, the staff is VERY warm and friendly and helpful. No question goes unanswered, They&'re there to help 24/7. I had an incredible time in Cairo/Luxor for a week, My whole stay was filled with laughs from the staff, they&'re very down to earth and nicely mannered. Location is excellent, about 7 mins from the Cairo Museum. I walked around the city by myself with no problems, the citizens are very polite and helpful if u need any assistance. I suggest this Hostel for anyone traveling solo and or in a group as a nice comforting spot to rest your head as u tour the city. 5 stars! *****. I will be coming back

The hostel is extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable! It was a nice resting spot in our crazy travels, and exactly what we needed. The staff at the hostel, especially Mohamed, made our trip though. He was often eager to point us inside the direction of adventure, accompany us to local spots, and share the top places to visit. He definitely pushed our trip above and beyond what we could have expected!
