Customer Review on 19 March 2012
I was really happy with the Miami Cairo Hostel. The guys at the desk made my husband and I feel so welcome. The room was clean and quiet, and the price was great. It&'s located right downtown in a really busy area, yet somehow maintained to be a really silent room. The wi-fi had a strong signal which was something I didn&'t locate much in Egypt and I appreciated that. The employees was so friendly and made us breakfast early both days we stayed there. I highly recommend it!

We really liked the hostel along with the guys who worked there. We were there during the revolution && even though the hostel is just down the street from Tahrir square, we felt safe (although some of the men within the city were a little vulgar to my wife, which is supposedly a new thing). All of that being said, they had nice beds, decent bathrooms, a very good breakfast, and a free trip to the pyramids (of course you must pay your tickets in, etc. ). The location was extremely central, with tons of places to eat, shop, etc. nearby. Also, the metro was close (although not too close when you&'re dragging large bags in July (but there&'s a lift, so that certainly helps).

Staff, location && the spot itself. I&'ve been here 3 times now and i will be back there fo sure when i&'m in Cairo again!

The location was best as it was central to a a lot of Eating places and had a busy environment that we enjoyed during our stay. Miami Cairo staff were amazing, they were very useful with Tours to Giza Pyramids which were extremely excellent value for money and an incredible experience. They were able to direct us to shops to uncover Egyptian Sim Cards. They took us to the Train Station to book tickets for Alexandria and assisted us to board the train as we spoke extremely restricted Arabic. The Employees really made the stay at Miami Cairo Hostel much more than pleasing and were much more than what we could ever ask for. Nour, Ahmed and Mohamed were incredible in each and every way, they made us really feel extremely welcome and although we initially booked for only 4 days, we returned to the Hostel for an extra week as we loved it so much! We adore Miami Cairo Hostel and can not wait to return to Egypt again so that we can be reunited with our new friends. Excellent atmosphere, staff and wi-fi! :)

The hostel locates at the ideal place, just inside center of the city. You can easily to locate restaurants along with the metro stations. Stuffs from this hostel are really helpful. They are so warm and friendly and welling to give us any suggestion that we need in this whole trip. Breakfast is really nice. You have basically everything in this hostel, like warm water or Wi-Fi internet. Inside the beginning, we just booked for one night. But then they help us to arrange a tour for the whole Egypt. During the time, the stuffs also called us to create sure that everything went well. Finally, we stayed at this hostel for 5 nights. This hostel is definitely worthy to recommend to your friends.

Customer Review on 1 October 2011
As arranged, the hostel had a friendly driver pick me up at the airport. The hostel is well situated downtown on Talaat Harb Street, a brief walk from the Egyptian Museum. Ahmed, at reception, was friendly, helpful, bright, and quite superb at English. I&'m sure he would have done a fine job at arranging for tours, if that&'s what I&'d wanted. The building is safe and secure. The lift, the hot water, along with the air conditioner all work fine. The no cost wireless connection is good. The rooms are all nonsmoking. The en suite is an all-in-one &"wet room, &" small but adequate. And in contrast to an en suite partitioned out of the principal room by walls extending partway to the ceiling (a common low-budget arrangement), it&'s actually a separate room.

We stayed here on our way to Tanzania. With such awesome employees and exceptional hospitality, we returned on our return journey! Situated in down-town Cairo, it is in effortless walking distance from the Egyptian museum, metro station and key banks. With free airport pickup, most friendly employees (specially Ahmed! ) who organise tours according to your needs and clean air conditioned rooms, Miami Cairo is the hostel to stay at Cairo.
