Very safe place, extremely nice people. Don&'t worry about the elevator - hostel is situated at 6th && 7 7th floor and there everything looks fine. People there will help you with anything. Also Net Connection is working extremely well.

This hostel had the finest setting that i have ever experienced at a hostel! it was super fun and the staff are nice! thanks New Palace for making my stay in Cairo excellent.

If you stay anywhere else in Cairo, you're just daft. This place is insanely social, and the staff is exceptional. The nights are restful when you need them to be, but the hostel is the perfect place to get a group together for a night out. Then you're two minutes walk from the metro, and 15 minutes from Egyptian museum

I used to travel to Cairo many times a year, this is the extremely first time i found myself at home! New Palace Hotel will be my house everytime i wish to fly to Cairo, the spot is totally Great! Dr. Ahmed the Owner and his staff can do just about anything for you, rooms are quite, clean and it looks like being in a family house exactly where you can get in touch with many different nationalities. i was sick one day and the entire staff kept asking me if i was ok. if you wish to feel at home. stay there

The staff is friendly, helpful and outstanding to talk to - I definitely were made to feel quite at home. The rooms are clean and well-kept. The roof garden rooftop was nice. It was outstanding to meet individuals from all over the world, drink coffee, fresh juice. really recommend
