It was very clean as properly as the location is quite good. Nice and quiet. The room was excellent value for money.

The location was really great but the value for money was terrible. low pressure showers, the noises from the room above was irritating to say the least. the staff were warm and friendly enough and were helpful. over all a nice spot but booking ahead with a lot of time ahead of you go to bath i believe you could uncover better value for money.

Generally a very pleasant and noiseless location to stay. I liked that it was out of the city centre, but an straightforward and pleasant 10-15minute walk to town.

Very quaint old fashioned rooms which suited Bath nicely. We didn't have the opportunity to try the spa due to being too busy however the staff did say that it was xa3;6 per hour which I don't remember reading on the website.

As promised on the website, within walking distance of Bath central, also on bus route, staff warm and friendly and informative, great value breakfast and dinner, great size room, very clean with great facilities.
