This is a fantastic hostel with immense character and a fantastic location. The owner is very helpful, warm and friendly and knowledgeable about the area. A lovely, quirky little nook of the world. Would highly recommend it.

Best value ever, fantastic location, fantastic facilities, one of the best breakfasts going, & John was most helpful, informative and cooks a fantastic porridge! we wish we had known how good this hidden gem was going to be, we would have stayed longer. would be our ist choice of places to stay in the area.

John was welcoming, warm and friendly and helpful. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Location was right within the middle of the town but tucked away quietly in a courtyard. This lodging is clean and cozy - not a boutique hotel but you are not paying boutique hotel prices. Superb value for money.

Lovely homely feel. fantastic no cost breakfast. The studio apartment for 2 is especially excellent value for money - with all the facilties of a flat and a breakfast too.
