The owner Colin and his wife gave fantastic service each morning the breakfast was great. they were really helpful and friendly! It is definitley value for money! The room was a bit on the small side for a twin room, but was really clean and as i said exceptional value for the money!

Super warm and friendly couple run the hostel, helped us with all our questions. Remarkable double room, cosy and very clean. Cooked breakfast inside the morning was very delicious. Would recommend this hotel to anybody going to Blackpool!

Owners are very welcoming, friendly, accommodation is very good value for money and the breakfast is well wothed for the cost and service thats' provided.

The hotel is really best described as a conventional B and B. Colin and Shirley, the owners, were really friendly. The place was really affordable and only a few mins walk from each the seafront, adjacent to Central Pier, and also the North station. We were given keys to our room and to the hotel so we could walk in and out whenever we wanted which was really useful.

The owners were outstandingly friendly, even gave us a lift to the bus station! Couldn't have been better, really made us feel at home in the middle of Blackpool. The rooms were amazing with really comfy beds and a really good shower. Will defonately be going back here. Great value for money
