Excellent location located in between the center and south shore, five mins walk from the beach. Friendly and helpful owners and staff, which has been rare in other places we have stayed in blackpool. Very good quick serviced breakfast, and exceptional value for money.

Tiny rooms and they're not that nice. But it is cheap so if you're just after somewhere to stay it is good for that. The included breakfast is also good.

Everything, very warm and friendly owners, and superb value, for money for a low-cost few days in Blackpool, all for xa3;10 per night including breakfast, we will deffo go there again, ! !
