It was a extremely excellent location close to pleasure beach and the new waterpark! Very good walking distance to North Pier but was a great view.

Staff were friendly despite having to wait around to answer the doorbell/return keys. İdeally located. The bed was clean and breakfast enjoyable.

Really nice staff, otherwise really basic. Showers and toilets really old, just like most of the place. Must have been a nice spot when it was new, but this is some time ago. But considering the city, it&'s alright, as nobody seems to expect mroe than that in Blackpool. Location is great.
