Needed a inexpensive bed for the night and a shower in the morning. For &xa3;11 I got everything I needed satisfactorily provided for what I was paying. No complaints and will use again.

Love the rooms! Curtains around the beds make them extremely private. Personal plug point and light. Nice clean linen. Beds don&'t squeak. Fantastic atmosphere. Fantastic location right by North Laines and near to the seaside and London Road. Very good breakfast. nice coffee and chocolate cereal = a luxury.
