A convenient location to get your head down. Neat and tidy twin room with tea/coffee facilities. Children running riot in the corridors at silly o&'clock didn&'t go down well though.

A lot much more than I expected for 13, 50 per night, rooms big, clean, showers as well. Atmosphere was warm and friendly and manager was extremely helpful. Fantastic value for money

Close to Eden Project and exactly where I wanted to go in Cornwell

It is nicely situated to see the Cornish countryside and also the Eden Project (30 mins drive). But the town is v small and I am not sure how easy it is to get there via public transport.
