The rooms were nice, breakfast was exceptional and it has no cost wifi. Its a nice location to stay.

THIS PLACE IS VERY VERY NICE, CLEAN AND BIG AND THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY. I LIKED THIS PLACE AND I WILL CAME BACK AGAIN BUT THIS TIME WITH MORE FRIENDS.

Fabulous deal. . ok it was a special provide & wont last for ever But grab it whilst you can ! xa3;15 for B7B in a 3star Art deco listed hotel. . a no brainer - It was handy fotr the M1, beautiful grounds ( we saw a fox inside the midnight garden) and a scrummy huge brekkie TA

The room was excellent and the breakfast was very good. Employees was warm and friendly and helpfull. All you need from a bed and breakfast.
