The owners were so friendly and helpful. The room we were stating was clean and had all basic amenities. There was an extra folded bed at the same time with extra cushions and duvet. The whole hotel was clean. The location was good, close to the tunnels beach and extremely close to the high street. The cooking area had all cooking utensils.

In a handy location with restaurants and stores a few mins walk. Ilfracombe near to stunning beaches. Coastal path access close by. Owner and other staff very friendly. Extremely cozy room. Nicely equipped kitchen. Amazing value for money.

Very nice old building with lots of character. Friendly owner. Tea and coffee obtainable to use in the kitchen which is often a bonus.

Easy to locate great for those cycling NCR 27 Secure location for bikes. Convenient for the town centre. No cost use of web available. Outstanding cooking area facilities. Also very near to an all-day breakfast cafe.
