Easy to find, in a excellent place for visiting Exeter. Far far more reasonable rates than the (only advertised) alternative. Tea and coffee are provided inside the kitchen - excellent for a quick something, if you&'re not travelling long enough to have your own supply. Internet access is included, but I can&'t comment on its speed or ease of use.

The staff were helpful and it was a nice relaxing atmosphere. Safe and you get your own key to get in and out, really helpful. There was a great selection of books games and maps and tourist leaflets. A television lounge which seemed fine though I didn&'t watch television in there.

Great showers. Bathrooms and toilet were spotless. Free coffee and tea and other stuff inside the kitchen. Wifi worked even on the second floor. Employees were friendly enough. A 5-minute walk to the Cathedral and High Street.
