Very friendly breakfast staff, yet not well received at reception, therefore only &'average&' rating for &'friendliness and helpfulness of the staff&'; well sited for local public transport; clean and spacious rooms; lots of fresh towels each and every day; tasty breakfast

Well located in Ilford, although initially difficult to find due to changes not updated in the directions given on the website. Close enough to stroll to the Ilford station and there's plenty of places to get something to eat. Decent enough for short stayClean towels daily.

HiMe and my family were not sure about facilities when we bookedand were thinking that we did mistake but when we were at hosteland stayed there so we were glad for the service what we paid. In future we would like to stay there again when pay a visit to London. We says Thanks for their wellcom and hospitlaty. Regards, Household Khan.
