Great hostel with super friendly owner and employees, ready to help you discover the nice city of Liverpool! Comfortable bed in my 10-beds dorm (female), a small light for two beds and enough sockets. I would suggest it to anyone!

Had an amazing stay at this hostel. Been travelling for awhile and this has got to be the most welcoming and most warm and friendly hostel I have been in. Also if your coming to Liverpool to experience some of the Beatles history this is the location to go. The Thursday night tour and entry to the cavern club was fantastic!

The environment is incredible. I was welcomed with a cup of tea and biscuits! The staff are fantastic, they go the extra mile to create your stay memorable. No cost tea/coffee and toast 24/7 was good. They even had vegemite!

This hostel was extremely homey. Free breakfast and coffee/time all day which is nice. Owner is very nice and helpful. Bath rooms are like house style bathrooms (as in, not stalls). Large cooking area and lounge facilities. Basic to meet people.

I have stayed at 6 hostels in my life thus far, and out of those this has been the best. The environment is truely unique - warm, convivial and full of one-of-a-kind art and travel memorabilia. The beds were clean, showers fine, individuals friendly, and lots of space. Can&'t beat the no cost tea and coffee inside the kitchen, with the size and warmpth that gets individuals talking with eachother. People working there were incredibly warm and friendly and helpful, they made the place just as much as anything else. Its location was fantastic as well, a short walk from main attractions. This hostel is truely wonderful: stay here! I promise it is worth whatever the cost difference for another place may be.

THIS WAS THE BEST HOSTEL I&'VE STAYED AT IN 2 MONTHS OF TRAVEL. The overall vibe of the location is really what makes it unforgettable. It is as they describe it a &'home away from home&'. All staff are really welcoming and warm and friendly and supply to help you with all your needs. There is fantastic public facilities with no cost tea, coffee, toast and biscuits which makes it an effortless excuse to be out of your room socialising and meeting different people. And of coarse, Kevin Seniors no cost Beatles tours are brilliant for every single Beatlemaniac, or anyone just looking to meet individuals and wanting a great night out at the really best and most well-known club in the globe - The Cavern.

A extremely nice and friendly owner, offer to guide me exactly where are the places I would like to go, and recommend me places to hv dinner, he also make a cup of coffee for me, make sure I really feel welcomed. A vr comfy feeling to stay here!

Kevin, the owner, is the most warm and friendly person ever! We loved his company and all of his helpful assistance. The Beatles night tour was perfect, even though it was raining and it was freezing cold! I&'ll be back soon!
