You can&'t beat the location and price if you want easy access to Heathrow for a flight. The staff was really friendly and helpful both in check-in and for the free shuttle to the airport. It was situated right next to public bus transportation that made it easy to get there from Heathrow. Again, the free shuttle made it a lot less stressful to get to the airport on time and without any delays that may arise. It had a rustic cottage really feel and was in a really noiseless (except for the planes coming and going) and secure feeling neighborhood. Having the pub right nearby was really convenient for a wonderful easy meal. We would stay here again and reccomend it to anyone coming or going from Heathrow International!

The free pick-up service of the hotel is fantastic. The driver is very warm and friendly and patient. The breakfast buffet is very nice and the lady working there treated us like a family.

They have shuttle to Heathrow pick you up in evening and drop off in AM each 45 minutes. worth the price of the room.

Perfectly adequate if you just need a spot to sleep following a late flight. Decent bed and shower but don&'t expect much more.

The shuttle driver was remarkable at engaging in conversation and is extremely knowledgeable about other countries etc. was a enjoyable trip to the airport.

The room was a goodsize and clean. We had a large television the beds were cozy and coffe and tea making facilities provided. The employees were warm and friendly and extremely helpful. The wi-fi service was excellent. The ensuite although small was adequate. Superb value for money!
