Staff helpful and location handy for airport, however the room we stayed in was very noisey due to overlooking the principal road so we hardly slept!

For a extremely decent price this was a best bed for the night before my early flight inside the morning. The extremely friendly young woman booked my taxi for me. No cost breakfast and a nice selection of hot drinks, comfy TV room, clean, and the dorm room was extremely private - split into 2 parts, there was only 1 other person so it felt like I had my own room. The only problems were I don&'t think they had kitchen facilities (not that I would have used them on that night), and the directions given for the bus from the train to the hostel were wrong, thought I found the bus inside the end and it was only 1 pound 90.

I wasnt expecting how superb it really was. Lovely rooms, much more like a hotel than a hostel, comfortable beds, nice sheets not low-cost ones and honestly a very nice place to stay for a night or two.

The level of customer service =0, no toilet paper in the loo, filthy carpet, curtain rail broken. No chance for early night as staff&'s children running outside the room. Dirty shover room, first cubicle out of order, second filthy so I could not have a shover. It would be maybe ok if the room cost was 10-15 pounds, but NOT 35! Not worth !

Good to stay f early flght out of luton. thnk was the only one stayng there. bus stop to arport accross the road (30mns to arport) but lady told me wrong tme to get bus and wated for nearly an hour before callng tax- hnt: check bus tmes on tmetable accross the road yourself. enjoy
