The lady who seemed to be in charge of the whole thing was polish and helped us out simply because we booked the wrong date and changed it for us without charging anything extra. She was dedicated, extra helpful and friendly! Thanks Mariola!

It is best for an early flight out of stansted, easy to get there by train from London. Possibly a 5-10 minute walk from the station, but bring a flashlight if you are walking at night, not alot of street lights.

Exactly what I imagine when I think of a cottage in England, Avalon Home was only a 5 min walk from the train station and also the staff were super helpful. Yummy Indian down the road was also a hit!

I like the airport shuttle but it might not be useful for people who arrive outside of their service hours. The bathroom was nice and had a massive tub for bathing though it was shared inside 3 double bed rooms. It was a fantastic stay for people who have an early flight the next day
