Nothing was very good about this hostel you get what you pay for. And the stuff are so rude.

Although the night I arrived, the receptionist gave me a very bad room AND didn&'t wish to change it, I have to admit that she had the nicest attitude, which is fundamental if you are a receptionist (and I&'ve been a receptionist. ; we can all make mistakes. but, in general, politness surely makes the difference). AT the end, another receptionist, rightly assigned me another room (on another floor). ALL of the receptionists I interacted with, seemed good. I didn&'t interact much with the rest of the staff, but they didn&'t give me a bad impression. In case you have absolutely nothing to do, the hostel has a bar, a cafe, a pool table. it depends on your habits what you wish to do. Breakfast is included. Another positive thing is that you can store some food inside the refrigerator.

Fast and friendly staff. Breakfast very nice and exactly what you expect for the price. Rooms clean and tidy. Toilets clean. Beds comfy. All facilities effortless to use and easily accessible.

They had many rooms at a fair price, they offered numerous facilities (but all at a cost- internet, baggage storage following take a look at asks for pay), breakfast included. The employees members spoke numerous languages (english, spanish, and french from what i heard, but maybe others as well).
