The only positive thing was that some members of the staff actually tryed to help you. Each of the owners were friendly and also the scottish guy in reception.

The hostel is situated in a great location as well as the staff is really helpful. The rates were pretty good, less costly if you booked online.

The location is excellent, in a beautiful silent neighborhood that is certainly only a short walk across a magnificent bridge to Westminster etc.
