The location over all obviously, 15 metres from the underground station, fast food and coffee nearby, friendly and helpful employees anytime, clean towels everyday, refrigerator inside the room, feeling secure, warm water next floor when you want, never have to wait for.

Very very excellent place for the price along with the room (private double) was small but very comfortable with easy access to bathroom facilities. The employees were warm and friendly and made us feel welcome.

Location - Kings Cross station across street and McDonald's across street -also bank and convenience store right there. Clean beds and towels each day.
