Staff was friendly, entrance hall has free wireless which is reputable for the most part. Pretty comfortable stay for the price.

Service was correct. 24 h. reception. Rooms clean and good maintenance (fresh towels & tea and coffee) Employees were helpful when my wife sprained ankle and needed ice.

We booked a double room and got our own bathroom - everything was pretty great and due to the fact of the fact that it was a small town (crystal palace) there was extremely little noice the room was massive and was cleaned every day around noon

This place is slightly outside of the London, but is an effortless train ride. plus the region is gorgeous! And a really nice change from the busy city. The bang for your buck is really great. Worth every penny! We even tried to stay an extra night, but they were all booked up. My husband and I were extremely impressed! AND it was our first hotel of our honeymoon!
