We have been there before a couple years ago and it was our first go to to London, so the first impression was really very good and we liked it. the spot is ok, near to shopping and markets, bus stop near the hotel takes you in 5 mins to the rail station and bus terminal to all London city centre.

It was amazing value for money, with a convent location as it&'s near to stores and stations so you can travel to other parts of London easily. The room was huge and clean, the staff were welcoming and friendly. It isn&'t anything fancy but best for a fast low-cost trip to London. I would definitely suggest it to other and come back again myself.

The hotel offered a bedroom that included a TV, and a private bathroom which was good. I also enjoyed the environment and had a excellent entrance hall location that allowed you to use Wireless / computers.

Service was correct. 24 h. reception. Rooms clean and good maintenance (fresh towels & tea and coffee) Employees were helpful when my wife sprained ankle and needed ice.

We booked a double room and got our own bathroom - everything was pretty great and due to the fact of the fact that it was a small town (crystal palace) there was extremely little noice the room was massive and was cleaned every day around noon
