Lots of plugs in the common areas, and reputable wifi. Nice common area. Fantastic bath rooms in the dorms with reputable hot water, extremely clean, surprisingly classy (clearly converted from ensuite single bathrooms). Fantastic location. I&'ve stayed various times at another Smart property, the Smart Hyde Park Inn, on Inverness Terrace; the levels of cleanliness/warmth/reliable wifi/hot water/friendliness are much greater at Smart Hyde Park View.

Good location, very close to three tube stations. Free breakfast and wifi (pretty slow) that worked within the rooms. There&'s washing (pretty expensive) but considering what paid (some sort of special meant that I paid less than 6 pounds per night) I am pretty happy with Hyde Park View but if I paid the 15 pounds it usually costs I definitely would not have been. There&'s a lift as well. The bath rooms are within the dorms but mine was really pretty decent, pretty clean and plenty of space.

I like the property&'s location, that there were no cost linens provided and that the rooms were lowly-priced.

Very nice place, split into two types of lodging (both Hotel and Hostel). Very helpful staff and even kept our bags on the day we left so we could see other things inside London.

Reception area very welcoming, employees were fabulous, very warm and friendly and helpful! The dining room and lounge room were great, cramped but functional. Along with the laundry washing facility a godsend!
