Great location, just in front of the tube. Staff are warm and friendly and helpful. Rooms are relatively clean and washrooms also. but did see a little insect in the basement. have to pay to keep your bags in locker though

Good location and straightforward to find. A lot of showers and bath rooms were clean. Nice common room downstairs.

Even though Shepherd&'s Bush is a bit far apart from all of the main tourist attractions, the tube and bus stations are literally right across the street so that was really convenient. It&'s a very nice neighborhood with so numerous shopping centers, markets, restaurants, and a movie theatre inside less than one minute walking distance. The beds and sheets were nice and there were huge chests under each bed where guests can store their baggage securely (remember to bring your own padlock! ). The nice cleaning individuals cleaned the rooms and bathrooms everyday. The staff was very helpful and answered all questions.

Overall, extremely good. Dorms are nicely laid out, and also the beds are comfortable. Really helpful staff. Very good quality breakfast. The location isn&'t as central as some other hostels, but it&'s on the central line - one of the most reputable and popular tube lines - and due to the fact the hostel is located a genuine 2 mins walk from the tube station (you just need to cross the road), it&'s excellent if you have heavy luggage.
