The employees were very helpful and cheerful. The hotel was immaculately clean and it was situated close to a Tube station, except that the station was closed at the time we were there.

After a whole day walking around London all I wanted was a nice meal and a massive and confortable bed to lay down, and I got it at UMI. Great!
