I was amazed and how nice it was. Very comfortable private rooms with everything you might need. Breakfast was simple but ideal for a small bite on the patio. The employees were super helpful.

It has character, but it&'s been totally modrnised and very beautifully furnished throughout. a very comfortable spot to stay.

Amazing value, very nice old fashioned house, no problem checking in late at 11pm, only 10 minutes cab to airport which only cost &xa3;7

Everything was perfect! Friendl staff, great price/value rate! Near to the airport, but not too noisy. The train station just 15 minute by walk.

Convenient to railway station for simple travel into Manchester Piccadilly Station. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Bed rooms were small but adequate, spotlessly clean and simply but tastefully decorated and beds were very comfortable. Car parking on site.
