I liked the warmth and professionalism of the staff. I also was impressed with the cleanliness. I liked the concept of putting tea/coffee in the lounge for individuals to take any time. I was very impressed with this hotel, I got real value for my money

Good location, 15 mins walk to city centre. Employees down to earth and extremely warm and friendly (like every single Jordie I encountered). Basic, no frills and homely.

The service offered upon arrival was absolutely excellent - far superior to considerably more expensive places I have stayed at. The accomodation was perfectly suited to my needs. It was very comfortable, conveniently located for my stay and excellent value for money. Would definitely book there again if staying in Newcastle.

This is the way a hostel should be! The place was spotless and comfortable. The full english breakfast was included, and was really good. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
