It had an awesome location and view overlooking a golf course over the sea front with a amazing evening sunset each night. The location is Ideal 5 minutes walk from center of newquay and any beach, a peaceful location near to any services and facilities you may want. The hosts were extremely warm and friendly and extremely helpful and welcoming. The appartment was extremly clean extremely spacious with everything you need to be self caterd often warm with heating being used to keep the ideal temperature, outstanding shower and toliet and extremely comfortable beds (3 of us stayed inside the 5 bed appartment but we tried out all of the beds), chairs and sofa. I honestly dont know what else you could ask for, it was an awesome location to stay i wish i could have stayed for longer. We kept thinking there must be a catch to staying inside the place but there really wasnt! such a low-cost bargain price for such an satisfying experience! Ashley, 22 :)

Great welcome and really friendly owners. Excellent location, a few mins walk from Newquay central, but far enough away to avoid noises and crowds. Studio had everything we needed.

The location is amazing - the living room overlooks a large patch of green, the golf course and Fistral Beach. It&'s not a bad walk down to the waves via the golf course, and you can get some amazing sunsets from the sofa.

This property had everything you could want or need for your holiday break. Really comfortable stay. Excellent location just a few minutes walk from town and beaches. Even had exceptional view from the windows. Really clean and exceptional if you want eat in and are on a budget. Fantastic value for your money. I will definitley go back for another holiday.

Great value for money. Extremely nice, new and clean flat that makes you feel happy when staying in. If we go back to Cornwall we will stay in here again.
