Welcoming owner and clean guest house. Suitable located in Newquay inside a five minute walk into town along with the beaches. Would reccomend to anyone who is searching for a getaway in Newquay with quality and value for money.

I thought the individuals that worked there were friendly and helpful. I also thought the location and also the services were excellent. An amazing and healthy breakfast in the morning is very nice.

Tony and Carol made us all really feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was very clean. Would definitely stay there again.
