Location was excellent, Andy was a really helpful and polite guy who certainly enjoyed getting involved inside the banter with the guests. Andy also txt me the day prior to arrange eta's etc

It was Chrismas, it was empty, but it was ok, no breakfast when is not busy but nice staff and near the centre. sea view next to golf club
