The property was in a very good location (just a pity that Newquay has become one thing extremely different from the rest of Cornwall). Unfortunately, the bedroom was quite difficult to get around as the bed and furniture were taking up most of the space, but the staff were extremely warm and friendly and helpful when we talked to them.

This was a very clean and welcoming location to stay. Excellent location and a very lovely landlady. I would definatly recommend this guest house to others.
