The receptionist, Mrs. Mulu, is a motherly type with genuine interest in travellers&' well-being who offers practical information how to get economically to places and how/where to maintain personal security. There is certainly an OK restaurant on the premises.

Great, warm employees and really a extremely &'cozy&' place near to Bole airport. Mulu and her collegues are really concerned about their guest and will do everything to really feel you home (and healthy) at Cozy. The rooms and other facilities are up to western standards which is not extremely common in Ethiopia. Totally worth the extra money.

The employees were great, really helpful, not too far from the airport so perfect for transit flights. The food was exceptional and I would suggest the place to other travellers.
