It was close and convenient along with the employees was friendly, but the chemical toilet left lots to be desired. So conveneint tho, and even though it was snowing outside the room was warm and cozy enough.

This place is nice. First of all, its more of a hotel than a hostel. It's pricier for that reason, but there really aren't many lodging options in Aix-en-Provence. Our room was very clean and spacious. There was a tv in the room and the bathroom was nice. Breakfast sadly is not included and costs 8 euros (again pricy). For breakfast, we just stopped in at the bakery nearby. The best thing about this hotel is the LOCATION. It honestly doesn't get more downtown than it. It's in VERY close proximity to the Cours Mirabeau, walking distance to everything, and there are a number of bars and restaurants near by. The hotel is quiet and I generally felt safe here. The doors lock from the outside when closed, so that was good. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place to other travellers, however the prices aren't ideal.

A gorgeous hotel in a excellent location within the old portion of Aix, near to dozens of cafes and restaurants. Our room was spacious, pretty, clean and comfortable. The hotel was really good value for money - we&'d stay there again and would extremely suggest it to other travellers.

Location. Right within the centre of things. If, however you are searching for a silent place. this hotel is not recommended. Very noisy due to the location.

I thought my room was much better than expected. It was cute, clean along with the bathroom was nice and big. The employees was pretty helpful, although I was looking for a place with Internet along with the receptionist did not know one, which seems like useful info to have. Also, the day I left, I saw that the brochure says there is WiFi on the first floor. I don&'t know if it was working or not, because I could not pick up anything in my room along with the receptionist never mentioned it. Apart from the internet, however, I was really really happy with the place. The location is completely perfect. You could not wish to be in a better location. It&'s right next to the Cours Mirabeau, with a really cute square right out the front door. Like another review I read, they also claimed to have not received my booking from HostelBookers and I am going through the process of getting my deposit refunded.
