Contrary to some of the reviews I had read, the employees was extremely warm and friendly and helpful and even let us store our luggage and our other friends' luggage behind the desk for the rest of the day right after we checked out. Though the room was minimally decorated/furnished etc, it was extremely clean and satisfactory. Just make sure you bring your own shampoo/toiletries.

The room was nice. Clear and clean, confy bed. Just like the photos. The location is good, yet not great. Anyway, it's near Vieux Port and also the metro station. The employees was nice.

Exellent location! Couldn't be greater centered for most activities inside the city. Rooms are exceptionally clean, whilst being rather spartan, they are cozy and relatively quiet, air-con (what a surprise! ), along with the beds are very, extremely comfortable. Safety was very good along with the employees extremely helpful.

The rooms were quite good. We had an issue with an airconditioner in our room, along with the employees were helpful and allowed us to change rooms with no dramas.

It is extremely clean, bright, and welcoming, and it is obvious that it is well maintained and taken care of. I felt like I was in a very nice hotel rather than a budget hostel and it was such a breath of fresh air. The entrance hall is comfortable and open and a wonderful place to relax with vending machines and tv. The breakfast is the cheapest I have seen at a hostel yet and it was extensive and plentiful. They also have signs everywhere reminding visitors to respect the privacy of others and implement noiseless hours.
