Nothing its at least a 2. 5 kilometre walk from the tram stop its a trek from nantes the employees are not hlpful at all along with the breakfast is a rip off at 8euro!

Well, good points - cheap, nice clean rooms, with small but powerful shower. Bad points - pretty far our of the centre of Nantes. The site informs us we can take the number 71 or 75 bus, but not that the 71 doesn't run on saturdays, and neither run on sundays. Its about a 15 min walk to the tram. There are no restaurants or bars nearby. When we arrived the lady on reception had no idea how to find our bookings. Thankfully the lady working in the morning was very helpful, which redeemed the hotel somewhat!
