The location was excellent. Really near to the principal points of interest and shopping. The staff were really warm and friendly && extremely helpful. We had one minor issue with our room which resulted in us having to change rooms. The staff acted promptly in resolving this issue and allocating us another room with no problems. I enjoyed staying here && recommend it to other travellers. There&'s also a laundry washing close by which is nicely priced.

The location was excellent. Very close to the main sights and shopping. The staff were very friendly & extremely helpful. It is a hotel, not a hostel FYI. The staff are really helpful and full of advice and are really friendly. Recently renovated building and rooms. Can&'t beat the location. Right between the train station and beach. Also near to the old town and right beside the tram line and primary shopping road. Yet in a back street so quiet.
