The rooms are exactly like the photos they show. I booked 1 double and 1 triple, and each were very clean and comfortable. It is situated just a block from the underground and also the zone was nice, with a lot of restaurants. The personal is very friendly and helpfull.

The beds were clean along with the shower was hot, which were the main essential points that we needed. Also, was in an ok neighborhood but it was a little desolate during the night - definitely better than the hotels in Gare du Nord which is a dangerous place.

The employees was very friendly and it was clean. It is right near to the metro stop so that made it very effortless to get it.

Good location, straightforward to get everywhere by metro. Pere Lachaise Cemetery and Bastille within walking range. Food shop at the corner. Warm and friendly staff, most of them spoke English sufficiently. Rooms were cleaned each day and we got new towels each day. A TV within the room (but we didn't use it). Leaving our baggage there and coming back for it within the last afternoon was no problem.
