Nice and warm and friendly staff. Great location and easy to find. Close to the metro. Rooms are basic but clean. Very good budget accommodation.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was reasonable and for a hotel inside the middle of Paris it was very cheap.

I thought this was great. I read alot of whinging comments on this hotel and I dont know why. In case you want perfection go pay for it and stop writing bad reviews. Rooms and hallways are newly painted. Very spacious and comfortable with windows that open entirely for air. Right close to metro station and 5 minute walk to moulin rouge and primary streets. The employees are fantastic they well bend over backwards to help you if they can. For the price I would certainly go back or advise it for budget travellers. Thanks Bervic for the fantastic stay

Great location, extremely close to the metro station. The employees as extremely friendly, they were really fantastic with me and my family while we were there, always willing to help. The room was also extremely nice. Excellent price.

Good location, very helpful staff. 24hr reception was very good. Clean sheets every day (which amazed me since this was basically a hostel), and even though I didn't have the breakfast, it looked like good value for money.
