We found hotel ermitage really well kept. It was clean and silent at night. The room was cleaned and fixed everytime we got back to the room. There was an incident exactly where I left i accidentally left the indoor secure open with all our passports, credit cards and reserve money. We came back with the room cleaned but with all of the secure contents nonetheless complete.
