It&'s location, veeery close to the beach, althou faraway from the actual city centre. Even thou we booked non ensuite room, the shower and toilets were private, but located outside the room! Breakfast was good, althou a bit overprized (9 Euro) could have been greater prized around 7 Euro. Outstanding off road parking.

Less then 50 metres from exit of Tours Gare (railway station), but rather silent place. MacDo, Kebab and supermarker are very close to this hotel (100-200 m)

Small friendly household run hotel, staff very friendly, owners stephan& caroline went out of there way to locate us bus routes & timetables etc Hotel was very clean and served a nice breakfast, a pleasing stay would highly suggest hotel eden

Clean. Nicely presented && modern. Appropriate for the beach. Quiet and safe surroundings. Near to bus stops for city/train station && on the bus route to Mont St Michel. Carrefour (supermarket) nearby and close to patisseries/restaurants/bar/creperie.

Very close proximity to the beach, amazing value for money. even though there was no en suite in our room, we were provided with our own toilet and shower room, just for us, with our own keys so it was nonetheless private
