The room is clean and there is a small cooking area which allows me to cook for myself since there is a fairly good supermarket nearby.

It's in an excellent location - very close to the city center and in quite neighborhood. The rooms are basic but clean, we had everything we needed for our short stay. There is certainly a kitchenette, but we didn't use it (besides the glasses).
