Well organized kitchen and room. You have a huge locker to yourself. Sheets are clean and enough number of showers and toiletts :)

There was a problem in our reservation. they only booked us for one night when it was supposed to be for 2. they employees made arrangements to accommodate us for the second night and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. superb customer service.

Location, cleanliness, helpful staff. Not much of a socializing kind of place but then Augsburg isn't really a party town itself. The kitchen, smoking lounge are well thought out. Perfect place to spend a day or two to get away from the big city Munich.
