We really loved Alex Hotel! Great value for money. The room was spacious, clean and had a cooking area area. The staff were delightful and always there to help. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The locality of the Hotel was great. The tram stop which takes you into Alexanderplatz is literally less than 30 seconds from the Hotel. I would defintely stay again next time I visit Berlin.

This was one of the extremely best hostels stayed in during our trip around Europe, extremely clean, and modern, with very good location beside tram line, easy to get into centre

Location good but you could be closer to Alexanderplatz but Tram line outside compensates for that. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and breakfast was quite good. Receptionist working at night was extremely good.

Being two tram stops from alexanderplatz, helpful staff willing to help me speak some german, computer / email access was essential to me during my stay, very good breakfast food

Very nice hotel with clean and contemporary rooms. Excellent breakfast, and helpful staff made this an above anticipations visit. No cost coffee/thee during the day, and fast (free) WiFi.
