Customer Review on 5 April 2011
Great location and basic to find, inside a five-minute walk of a really well-connected U-Bahn station. Warm and friendly employees who all seem to speak a dozen languages. Clean, safe and quite trendy converted industrial building. Superb breakfasts from 7am-noon (the usual cold cuts, cereals, cheese, breads, really very good coffee and some much more interesting options like caprese salad) - and they seem to have taken note of the complaints in previous reviews about orange juice; it&'s now provided for free, rejoice! No cost wireless is a nice touch, or you can use the hotel computer for a reasonable 50 cents/15 minutes. The bar is properly priced and properly stocked. The decor inside the rooms is basic but cosy, the beds are comfortable, the showers always hot and really clean. Fresh towels were always provided by a smiley cleaning team. The hotel was flexible about our check-out time, as we weren&'t flying until the late afternoon. Next to the Mehringdamm U-Bahn station is the very best kebab stand, Mustafa&'s - one D&ur&um and we were hooked; there&'s a huge queue at each time of day but absolutely worth the wait. The Beer Express bar and also the Currywurst stand next door are also each good, with warm and friendly employees and really reasonable prices. They&'re all open late.

The Beer Express bar and the Currywurst stand next door are also both good, with friendly staff and very reasonable prices. They're all open late.

Great clean room that was pretty spacious. Fantastic cafe with a decent breakfast. It wasn&'t as awesome or &"famous&" as they made it out to be, but it was decent enough. Could include orange juice instead of selling it at the counter. that&'s just a turn off.
