Youth Hostel Fussen

F&ussen is a small town, so everything can be reached by walking from the hostel. Breakfast was exceptional for a hostel: there was your usual bread, ham and cheese buffet, but also yogurt, fruit salad and chocolate mousse. Lockers operate with a 2 euro coin, no need to bring your own mechanical lock. Rooms were clean and had an adjustable heating battery.

The location! It&'s just like 4 kilometres to Hohenswangau and Neuswainstein castle. The breakfast is good.

First of all, I am so thankful for the staff. I had carelessly left my purse in hostel when I left fussen. I called them and asked for help, at the end the staff helped me finding my purse. Secondly, the facilities within the hostel are extremely good and clean. I enjoyed having breadfast right there.

Exceptionally clean as well as the breakfast was about the usual standard of an included breakfast id had in germany. Catch is that it is a lot more of a school / church camp facility which is intended for teaching adolecents responsibility. Its ok for a night in fussen if you dont mind working around their times e. g. out among 9am and 1pm no shower soon after 10 pm. There were alot of teenagers around when i was there.
