Quiet, but ridiculously overpriced for what is a boxy room with third-rate facilities. Breakfast not included and no real effort to assist visitors in getting to know Hamburg. Quite near to Hauptbahnhof, which is useful, but otherwise don&'t bother unless you have no choice.

The location is perfect. just close to the central station. It is kind of small Reeperbahn due to the fact of the nature of shops. There is no internet, and also the heating was problematic. But if you have a problem they were really helpful. No elevators:-)

The rooms were actually very nice, the location was good, close to the principal station; full of interesting Turkish restaurants and supermarkets and also interesting night entertainment
