Very warm and friendly and helpful staff. They basically served us breakfast inside the morning. Fantastic breakfast by the way! Quite very good location, between the central station and the old town.

Accommodation was first class. Breakfast was varied and very good. The hotel was spotlessly clean and in a noiseless location with the added advantage of the train and bus stations opposite. About a 10 minute walk to center of Lubeck. A gem of a hotel in this lovely city.
