Niriis was great! George is so helpful and welcoming! I highly recommend Niriis to everyone. On top of being clean and a excellent value, George had lots of suggestions and ideas for items to do around Crete.

Do not hesitate on choosing Niriis Hotel. George is amazingly hospitable and full of information. You will most likely meet his mom, dad and brother. They are absolutely lovely people. The hotel is clean and nicely looked after. It&'s nicely decorated along with the grounds are nicely kept. The beach is about a five minute walk and there is a park on the way that you can run at. I will decide on Niriis Hotel whenever I pay a visit to Chania. I was VERY impressed. The WiFi is only accessible from the main check in area but I did not discover this a problem. I absolutely loved my time here.

George couldn&'t be much more helpful if he was your own personal tour guide! And it was so close to the beach and had a huge supply of beach accessories (mats, balls, fins, boogie boards) to use for free!

Its a few minutes away from the buzzing crowd still really close in case you wish to spend time inside the city. A beach inside a minute, marketplace and eateries inside two. I went there during spring time so most other places around were shut which made it perfect to relax and have a quiet time. You can go to watch the sunset near the beach or just walk around the place. The location is well kept and really well equipped. Bus frequencies are good too.

We were really surprised at how great value Niriis was. Since we had a car, the location just outside Chania was perfect, and we were able to park right outside the hotel so everything was easy to get to. The surrounding area has a great environment too. The hotel was in fantastic condition and perfectly clean. Facilities for cooking were all there also as everything else we needed inside the room, including no cost net which was great. Overall our stay was outstanding and we were particularly impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of George at the desk. I would definitely suggest the hotel.

-Staff extremely helpful. -Beach 2 mins away with a great sunset -Restaurants in there are were cheapish for Europe and Lidl was only 5 mins away if you wanted to buy low-cost food and cook it yourself. -The bus to Chania central is low-cost and short.
