The facilities were very nice- balcony off our room, bar and restaurant on property, swimming pool. The location was fine as far as being near to the beach and in an location with places to go eat, drink, etc. It is not overly near to central Heraklion, however.

The hotel was outside of the city, but extremely close to an effortless bus route to get down-town with no issues.

My sisters and I stayed here for one night in among cities. The floor drain inside the bathroom not only clogged, but overflowed into the hallways right after the bathroom flooded, twice! They tried to fix it at 0100 am, but once it happened again the employees just mopped it up and inside the morning there was sewage water on the floor. On a positive note, they did discount our room rate and give us the key to another room to take showers, but nonetheless pretty disgusting. They do have a pool and free breakfast, so others&' experiences may be far better than ours was
