On Hostelbookers one price was advertised, but even though we had made a reservation for the price on Hostelbookers we were told that we had to pay much more and that our confirmation fee counted for nothing. We were also promised a list of services on Hostelbookers and their personal website but were not given any of those services. To make matters worse when we confronted the property owner about this, instead of finding a solution he kicked us out of the hostel and threaten us. In all my years of travelling, and of all the countries I have visited, never have I encountered a hostel so poorly run. Stay Away.

Place is as described. Amazing location, just a few blocks from Parque Central, a lot of places around to eat, drink and explore. Location also has wireless and signal is strong. They also have an excellent television and in case you appreciate getting up early to watch football, it was perfect. Recommended. No bugs, clean and beds are comfortable enough!

Staff were warm and friendly and full of exceptional advice. Cooking area to use is really handy, as is the tienda next door. Nice comfy beds too!
